The Chelsea Youth team returned to Bellinzona, Switzerland, in April 1968, as well as competing in the Bremen Youth tournament in June 1968. Unfotunately no details are known about the latter tournament
Other than these tournaments, it seems that the Youth team did not play any other friendly matches.
