In the Summer of 2006 the Chelsea Youth team returned to Northern Ireland to again play in the Northern Ireland Milk Cup. This time they only made it to the semi-final stage.
At the end of August the team travelled to the Tilbourg Youth tournament, but no other details are known.
In April 2007 the Club took a team to America to play in the Dallas Youth tournament for the Dallas Cup, but lost in the final to Sao Paulo Futebol Clube.
This was followed with a trip to Germany, playing in the Spax Cup in May 2007, winning the final against Atletico Mineiro.
They also played two friendly matches.
