José Manuel Ferreira de Morais (born 27 July 1965), known simply as José Morais, is an Assistant First Team Coach at Chelsea. He has a long-standing association with compatriot José Mourinho, but of the Portuguese support staff to return to the club with Mourinho in 2013 he is the only one who wasn't at the club for the manager's first spell. A former professional player in Portugal, he had previously worked with Mourinho at Porto, before re-joining his compatriot at Internazionale and subsequently following him to Real Madrid.
