William Lewis was an executive and caretaker-secretary-manager of Chelsea during the 1906-07 season.

Lewis was manager of Brentford between 1900 and 1903, and then became club secretary. He left Brentford in 1905 to take up a similar role at Chelsea shortly after the club's foundation, where he helped Chelsea gain entry to the Football League.

When John Tait Robertson resigned as manager in November 1906, Lewis took over his duties for the remainder of the season. Despite the managerial upheaval, Chelsea were promoted as Second Division runners-up at the end of the season. Shortly afterwards Lewis was replaced by David Calderhead.
